By accessing or using the ATHENA Trust platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ATHENA provides trust calibration infrastructure for human-AI collaboration, including:

• Real-time trust calibration measurement
• Bias detection and alerting
• Compliance reporting for regulatory requirements
• API access and SDK integrations

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your API keys
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary algorithms

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including our patented Trust Calibration and Base Rate Computer algorithms, remain the exclusive property of ATHENA Trust, Inc.

5. Data Processing

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We process data solely for providing the Service and generating compliance reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHENA TRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
